I am a fourth year medical student in London.
I have a small family whom I'm very close with. I'm a practising muslimah, who wears the hijab. Our beautiful religion is the favourite thing about me and I'm always looking to better myself in the deen. I especially love learning about the seerah.
I am a studious person so a lot of my free time is consumed with studies. I love trying new restaurants and cuisines with my friends. I adore travelling–– but only travel with my family. I am also quite an activity oriented person. Where possible, I try to plan days out that are not just food oriented: rock climbing, pottery painting, golf (driving range), museum trips, arcade, bowling, ice skating.
I am quite a balanced individual, leaning ever so slightly towards the extroverted style. I love playing games with my family and friends–– charades, guess the movie/song, card games–– you name it. I used to be a bookworm, but honestly not so much anymore. Sadly, I've shifted more to the tv than books.
I'm looking for a companion with whom I can grow in the akihrah and the dunya. Someone willing to try new things. I have a very academic background so it would help if the person is the same, but it's more important to me that they're driven.
I'm ethnically Pakistani, can speak urdu well, but hoping to learn to read and write so I'm fully fluent. Then arabic fusha is my next goal iA.
